Boilers are rated according to their efficiency in converting gas to heat. This rating is called SEDBUK – Seasonal Efficiency of Domestic Boilers in the UK. SEDBUK ratings range from A to G, with A-rated boilers being more than 90% efficient! If you have a boiler with an efficiency of 80% or less, it may be worth replacing it with a modern condensing boilers which offer efficiencies of up to 97%. This could dramatically reduce your gas bills and carbon footprint!

Fill benchmark book for the new condensing boiler
Show customer how to use new condensing combination boiler
Notify Gas Safe Register about installation of new combi boiler

Boiler Replacement Pricing
A* Pricing: Boiler replacement price only applies if the boiler has a sufficient gas supply sized pipe to the boiler and has a round flue hole and a drain or waste pipe in close proximity for the installation of a condensate pipe.
B* Pricing: Boiler replacement price only applies if a drain or waste pipe is in close proximity for the installation of a condensate waste pipe There is a price included in this for 3 metre of gas pipe (upto 22mm)
If a new room thermostat is required there is an additional charge of £185
